Terminal fleet

Run several CLI agent sessions in Windows Terminal: one head tab routes the work, one tab per lane does it and reports back.

Where it sits: Its own section, outside the Unity library.
Open it: When the person wants several CLI agent sessions working at the same time, each in its own Windows Terminal tab.
Skip it: When one session can do the task, or when the helpers are in-process subagents.
